You will instantly know Ed is a woodworking man when you lay sight on his hands.
So So was born in Georgia, Europe and at the age of sixteen(16) he observed a tradesman repairing his parents' tile. Since his parents worked all the time, So So initially tried to perform the repair himself and save the expense but, he had no knowledge of the craftsmanship involved. He observed intensely on how the work was done. A few weeks later, multiple tiles were in need of repair at his parents' home and So So took the initiative and tried his hand. The work was done so professionally, his mother didn't believe he performed the job. After much illustrating, he convinced her and she rewarded him with a hug. At that moment he said "I am the Man"! He continued the craft in Europe, took a one (1) month holiday to the United States and decided to stay. So So quoted "He wants to make beautiful things. If he likes it, his customer loves it - 100%".
At times we begin in a profession trying to please others, but you end in a field totally opposite that you find personally rewarding - finances has nothing to do with it. That field for Mike is Technology and Electronics. "If you do what you love for a living, you will never work a day in your life".
One lingers through life in a restless state until he/she self realizes and deems their purpose a reality. Francina, whose parents were both artists and poets, came to a "crossroad" and decided to take a sabbatical on a path that lead to art and design. She quoted "Nothing is happenstance. When I experience that glow on a client's face or that element of surprise whereby expectations have been surpassed, I know I am doing what I was born to do and it is all quite humbling".
